If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information is accurate.

We may use payment verification and fraud-prevention services before accepting or shipping an order.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific dates, minimum order values, product exclusions and eligibility conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code may be applied to an order.

Any approved refund will be based on the amount actually paid after discounts.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

Standard delivery normally takes approximately 8–12 business days after shipment.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruption, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

12. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and may not be included in the amount paid during checkout unless clearly stated.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.

13. Address Changes and Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request before shipment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled through our fulfilment system.

14. Online Purchase Cancellation Rights

Where applicable consumer law provides a cancellation right, you may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us of a valid cancellation, you should return the goods within a further 14 days.

You may inspect an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical store.

Where handling beyond reasonable inspection reduces the value of an item, the refund may be reduced to reflect that loss in value where permitted by law.

Cancellation rights may not apply to certain excluded products, including personalised goods or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the protective seal has been removed.

15. Returns and Exchanges

Olqessa offers a 30-day return period in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Before returning an item, contact mandipdhanjal@olqessa.shop to request return instructions and the correct return address.

Standard return items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging where possible.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges may be available for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

16. Refunds

Returned items will be inspected after they arrive at the designated return location.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If an eligible full order is validly cancelled, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option will be refunded where required by law.

Additional charges paid for express or upgraded shipping may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or different from the product ordered.

We may request your order number and clear photographs of the complete product, fault or damage, original packaging and shipping label.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, unsuitable for their intended purpose or otherwise fail to meet mandatory consumer standards.

Sale and promotional items remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Eligible sale items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid rather than the original retail price.

19. Customer Accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity occurred because of circumstances for which you are not responsible.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

You grant Olqessa a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and use submitted content in connection with our website, products and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
